We facilitate returns or exchanges exclusively for items that deviate from the ordered size or exhibit any quality defects. All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
Should you receive a product that does not align with the ordered size or manifests damage/defects, kindly notify Hit Looks Collection within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide visual documentation by sharing snapshots via WhatsApp: +92 3063538523 or Insta: Hit Looks Collection.
For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 working days, with customers expected to hand over the original product to the designated delivery personnel.
For returns, customers are required to courier the product back in its original packaging, ensuring tags remain intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 3063538523, specifying the item(s) to be returned along with the reason. Kindly attach images of both the packaging and the product, captured from various angles.
Please note that each customer is eligible for returns or exchanges ONLY ONCE.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
- Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return/exchange.
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof when reporting any issue.
How Exchange Works
- You can exchange your bag with another design from our collection.
- If the new bag’s price is higher, you will need to pay the difference.
- If the new bag’s price is lower, the remaining balance will not be refunded or adjusted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or without an unboxing video.
- Items returned without original packaging and intact.
- Products purchased at discounted prices or during any sale event are final sale and are not eligible for return, or exchange.
Process for Exchange
- Record a clear unboxing video when opening your order (this is required for any exchange request).
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
- Share your order details, unboxing video, and the bag you want in exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Please ensure the Order Number and Reason for returning the parcel are clearly stated and enclosed within the package.
- To prevent any loss or damage during transit, ensure that the returned items are securely packaged. We recommend utilizing a reputable courier service for all self-shipped returns.
- Please note that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
