If free delivery is applicable, it will be clearly highlighted on the product or offer page.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.

5. Delays in Delivery

If delivery is attempted and the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the courier may make another attempt. Continued failed attempts may result in order cancellation.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos or video as proof.
